The DAV cafeteria provides wide selection of clean, healthly and hygienic food such as snacks, soft drinks and meats during the college hours at a reasonable rate. The cafeteria provides pure filtered water for the students during the college hours. The food served in the college is purely vegetarian.
The department of discipline and counseling helps students maintain discipline by creating self - realization and an inner need to uphold discipline. Discipline is inculcated and not enforced in the college. Students violating college rules and regulations, which interfere and adversely affect the college environment, will be subject to reformative disciplinary action.
DAV college offers transportation facilities to its students. The transportation arrangement has been made with its own buses which can be used by the students for each and every route of Kathmandu valley.
Classrooms at DAV are quite spacious, well ventilated and cosier. Ultra-modern audio - visual teaching aids like overhead and multi-media projectors, large screen television sets, CDs and cassette players are available for effective classroom delivery.
